I'd be excited if more artists online would study approaches like your's rather than jumping on the sloppy speed painter band wagon. The contours of your shapes command such a great sense of perspective and illusion of structure.

Mr. Ross your work just inspires me to no ends. The way you play with composition and weight just gets me every time. I like the graphic quality as well.
Ciao! You have a wonderful style and I would like to know how you work with the color.
I often start by sampling colours from a photo or a previous piece of my own artwork. After that it's all push and pull: in photoshop shifts of hue, value and saturation are almost unlimited.
Incidentally Prottis, you have some great drawings over at your blog.
