As an interesting aside, I believe the basque stilt walking tradition comes from the shepperds of the 'Landes' area who adopted this style of locomotion to better watch their flock and negociate more easily the underbrush and the marshlike grounds. Cheers.

Anyway, I didn't snap them and no drawing could do justice to their courage and artistry.
