GREAT!
Love this framing, repetition of vertical shapes and of course lighting:)
... and yes what's with that rabbit?:)

I won't say it's obvious because I don't like things that are obvious, but I think it's apparent.

Did you happen to work with Cecile Dubois Henry on The Tale of Despereaux?

limbolo said...

No.
People come and go on these things.
She may have come when I'd gone, or vice versa.

Fair enough.

So... are you going to explain the mystery of the black rabbit or leave us in the dark? I can't come up with any logical explanation unless... Neil signifies black rabbit in Swahili...?

Adrien,
Much of what I post here has the logic of a dream sequence... The rabbit pictures included. I am no writer so i won't go further, but I reccommend you to David Mamet's essays on film directing to read a better explanation than I can give.
"The purpose of technique is to free the unconscious."

Vitalik,
You are a very good artist but you look funny with your mouth open like that.

Lucario,
Cheers - as we say over here.

Great work. It does have the feel of a strange dream about it.

Your work is stunning! You don't know how much I am inspired by your sophisticated design, and simple yet bold statements you make in every work you exhibited. Please do post your stuffs more often.

Enjoy most of your paintings, and for some reasons, this one make me stop for a while! Really like this one.
