It takes me half hour to think what to say about this "Memories of St. Thomas". I just like it so much and I don't know what to say. Looks a dead land or dreamy land. Is impresive.
One thing and another caused me to remember a week I once spent at an old Coffee farm in the Blue Mountains in Jamaica. At night the local people who were celebrating "Nine Nights" would come round to the house and talk of Jamaica folklore. It was explained to me why there are less ghosts around these days....Just too many people it seems. The same is not so for dogs. Who see many ghosts. In fact they even disturb their sleep: "When yu hear dog yap in the night...Is because duppy lick 'im." (duppy = ghost)
i really like this picture, it reminds me of the good old days where things were quiet and peaceful, only the sun shining down and filtering through the trees.
